For the first year The Riverside Stake has our very own tree on display with the help of the Public Affairs Committee lead by Susan Sewell. It has been beautifully decorated by Susan McKell of the Orangecrest Ward and Cindy Gifford of the Canyon Crest Ward.

The Festival of Trees…for the love of a child! is a beloved tradition, hosted by Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Foundation for 27 years. With more than 50 uniquely decorated trees adorning the halls of the Riverside Convention Center, the weeklong Festival of Trees kicks off with the popular Mistletoe Magic Gala and celebrations continue with a variety of family-friendly activities for all ages. Throughout the week, more than 30,000 guests and hundreds of volunteers join forces to raise support for important pediatric work at the RUHS Medical Center.

There are a variety of opportunities to support our most precious little patients. Proceeds from the Festival of Trees fund lifesaving equipment and programs for RUHS Medical Center’s pediatric units, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and the Child Abuse and Neglect Unit.
