Hello Everyone!

We hope you are all doing well.

Autumn has arrived yet summer’s triple digits are still lingering.  A great way to combine both seasons is to make a batch of refreshing “Apple Pie Punch” to sip.  The icy cold taste of apples will send an invigorating thrill to your taste buds while cooling you down a few degrees.  Here’s the recipe:

Mix the first three ingredients.  Pour over ice – (optional).  Garnish with diced apples – (optional).  Enjoy!

2.  General Conference Quotes – General Conference will take place this upcoming weekend, and we will be blessed to hear inspired messages from our church leaders.  As there will surely be messages about the importance of temple and family history work, take time to jot down quote(s) that jump out at you, and place them in a visible place to help you remember that special feeling.  (We find the refrigerator is our favorite place).  You can even use those quotes to make a keepsake that you can give to family, friends, and those to whom you minister to help them understand the importance of family history work.

Russell M. Nelson stated:

“While temple and family history work has the power
to bless those beyond the veil,
it has an equal power to bless the living.
It has a refining influence on those who are engaged in it.
They are literally helping to exalt their families.”
